Guest who break any house rules will fine RM500 – 2000:
Our standard check-out time is 11AM. Late check-out fee applies as we are unable to sell the unit, if you’re not checking out on time, 70% of normal rate will be charged if check-out before 3PM, full rate will be charged after 3pm.
Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave.
Please return access card and keys on checkout time, guests who didn’t return the access card or keys when checkout will be considered missing and responsible to pay for penalties .
Please make sure the window, door are closed to avoid mosquitoes/flies entering the room during your stay.
Always turn off the aircon , light and fan while not in the unit, saving electricity is saving the world, let’s save the world together.
Please inform us if there is any damage IMMEDIATELY.
Please gather all the trash/food waste into a garbage bag before leaving.

Any vomitus/blood stain/unremovable stain on linen will charge for full price of linen.
